According to the story, the Venezuelan Ávila massif took its name from a Spanish colonial ruler, Gabriel de Ávila, who took possession of the lands between the Caracas Valley and the main ridge of the massif.
The product of a collaboration with a local artist (Avila Print), this piece captures the magnificent greens of this striking mountain and its majestic presence over the city of Caracas. When walking along this piece, the viewer gets a special 3D effect from the multi-coloured blinds that open and close.
